Usage
- Tea- 1-2 tablespoons dried nettles in a cup of water is traditionally used for hay fever and other allergies.
- Tincture- (liquid extract) 10-20 drops under the tongue for faster relief or mixed in your favorite liquid.
- Capsule- found at health food stores. Take as directed on the label.
- Poultice- normally combined with other herbs. Blend or press herbs into a powder and mix with a small amount of water to form a paste. Apply to the affected area and cover with a clean warm cloth.
