All orders require a processing time of 4-7 business days before it's shipped. This is to ensure quality, as Herbal Alternative products are made to order and made in small batches. Regardless of your shipping method, we still need to process orders.

We would like to remind everyone that we are closed on Sundays, Mondays and Wednesdays, therefore, our business days are only 4 days (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday).

We ask for your patience as we make the products in small batches to ensures a top-notch quality and potency by avoiding shortcuts and not rushing productions. 

We charge a flat rate fee of $5 on shipping more than 10 miles from the shipping location in NC.

When your items are shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. Please always check you spam/junk folder - emails could sometimes get filtered there.
